MORE INFORMATION

What's In The Kit:

Migraine Relief Cap - a reusable gel wrap giving cooling and gentle compression with 360 degree head coverage, which also blocks light.

Sleep Patch - an overnight patch for people who would rather not take tablets before bed.

Vitamin Patch - a daily patch as an alternative format to swallowing vitamin tablets.

A Simple Routine:

When a headache starts - cap on, lights low, lie down if you can.

Before bed - sleep patch on clean, dry skin.

In the morning - fresh vitamin patch.

Being Honest About What This Is:

These are comfort and wellness products. They do not treat, cure or prevent migraine or any other condition, and they are not a replacement for medication prescribed by your doctor. If you take preventive or acute migraine medication, please continue as directed.

Cold therapy works well for some people and not for others - a proportion of users find no benefit, and some find cold makes headaches worse. Vitamins support normal function where intake is inadequate; they do not treat fatigue or headaches.

Everything we make, in one box

THREE PRODUCTS, THREE PARTS OF THE DAY

Something for when a headache hits, something for the night, and something for your daily routine.

EndMigraine Relief Cap shown in soft stretchable fabric

Part 1 - The Relief Cap

Cooling comfort when a headache hits

A reusable gel wrap that cools the head and applies gentle pressure across the forehead, temples and back of the head, while blocking light.

Keep it in the freezer so it is ready when you need it. Apply early - the trial evidence relates to use at onset.

Part 2 - The Sleep Patch

Nothing to swallow before bed

An overnight patch for people who find tablets inconvenient. Apply about 30 minutes before sleeping and remove in the morning.

Sleep responds best to routine - a consistent bedtime, a dark cool room, and screens off beforehand. The patch fits inside that.

Multivitamin Patch sheet showing individual patches

Part 3 - The Vitamin Patch

A daily patch instead of a daily tablet

Apply in the morning, replace the next day. Vegan and skin-friendly.

Vitamins support normal bodily function where dietary intake is inadequate. Absorption through skin varies by nutrient and by individual, and we would rather say that plainly.

Relief Cap gel packs, usable cold from the freezer or warmed

WHAT THE RESEARCH SHOWS

Including the parts that do not favour us

A 2013 randomised controlled trial found reduced reported pain when a cooling wrap was applied at migraine onset. An earlier study found roughly a third of users reported no benefit at all.

We publish both. You can read our full summary of the evidence, with links to every study.

Questions

Is this cheaper than buying separately?

Yes - the kit is priced below the sum of the three items bought individually. The saving is shown on the price above when a bundle discount is active.

Will the cap work for me?

Honestly, it might not. Cold therapy helps a meaningful number of people and does nothing for others - in one study around a third reported no benefit, and some people find cold makes headaches worse.

Give it a few attempts, applied early and with rest in a dark room, then decide whether it suits you.

Can I use this instead of my medication?

No. Migraine is a neurological condition, and for many people prescribed medication is the most effective treatment available. If a doctor has prescribed something, please keep taking it as directed.

These are comfort products to use alongside your treatment, not in place of it.

When should I see a doctor?

Please seek medical advice rather than relying on comfort products if you have a sudden severe headache unlike any before, headache with fever, stiff neck, confusion, weakness or difficulty speaking, headache after a head injury, a clear change in your usual pattern, or a need for pain relief more than two or three times a week.

That last point matters - frequent use of acute pain relief can lead to medication-overuse headache, which is treatable but needs a doctor.

Care and safety

For external use only. Do not apply the cap to broken skin, and remove it if the cold becomes painful. Discontinue patches if skin irritation occurs.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking regular medication, or managing a health condition, speak to a doctor before use.
