Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Peak Season: 2-3 business days (during holidays or promotional periods)
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

Delivery Timeframes

  • Canada: 5-12 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 5-12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 6-14 business days
  • Asia: 6-14 business days

Note: International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal service efficiency.

 

International Customs and Duties

  • Customs Forms: We complete all necessary customs documentation
  • Import Duties: Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country
  • Customs Delays: Packages may be delayed due to customs processing, which is beyond our control

Shipping Address Requirements

  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • Include apartment/suite numbers when applicable

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
